Processing rates are charged through Kohezn Payments (backed by Stripe) and improve as you move up tiers — there is no separate percentage cut of your sales. Cash taken through the POS is always fee-free. One AI credit = one image edit or AI write-up. Plenty of storage for artwork on every plan; heavy users can add more. How does the 14-day free trial work?
Every signup starts with 14 days of full, Pro-level access — no credit card, no plan to pick up front. Your shop is private while you build it out. When the trial ends, you choose a paid plan or stay on the Free tier. Either way your shop keeps running — nothing gets shut off.
What happens when my trial ends?

How do payments and processing rates work?
Kohezn Payments (backed by Stripe) handles every card transaction across your storefront, POS, and wholesale portal, so sales, refunds, and payouts reconcile in one place. You pay a card processing rate that improves as you move up tiers — from 3.4% + 30¢ online on Free down to 2.9% + 30¢ on Pro, with lower in-person rates through the POS. It is a processing rate, not a percentage cut of your sales.
Is cash through the POS charged anything?
No. Card processing rates only apply to card and online orders. Cash taken through the POS is always fee-free.
Can I migrate from Shopify, Square, or another platform?
Yes. The migration wizard imports your products, customers, and order history for you, so you are not starting from a blank store. Most shops are up and running the same day.
